아름다운 제주도에서 '이야기의 여정'을 주제로 개최된 제 6회 한국 국제 이야기 페스티벌은 큰 성공을 거두었습니다. 콜롬비아, 인도, 그리고 싱가포르에서 온 3명의 유명한 이야기꾼과 한국 이야기의 세계화를 위해 헌신하시는 한국 국제 스토리텔러 협회 회원분들과 워크샵에 참여해주신 모든 분들에게 진심으로 감사의 말씀을 전합니다.

이 행사는 다양한 배경을 가진 이야기꾼들을 위한 활기찬 만남의 장으로 기능하며 국제 문화 교류를 촉진하고 이야기의 힘을 통해 사람들이 연결될 수 있는 플랫폼을 제공했습니다. 페스티벌은 다양한 활동과 국제 이야기꾼들이 눈에 띄었으며, 이어지는 2024년 FEAST(아시아 이야기꾼 연합) 스토리텔링 컨퍼런스와 제주 신화 스토리텔링 축제의 매혹적인 서막 역할을 하였습니다.

"The 6th Korea International Storytelling Festival: A Journey through Stories Concludes Successfully"

The 6th Korea International Storytelling Festival, held with the theme "A Journey through Storytelling" on the picturesque island of Jeju, has come to a resounding conclusion. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the three distinguished storytellers who joined us from Colombia, India, and Singapore, as well as to the dedicated members of the Korea International Storytellers Association and all those who participated in our workshops.

This event served as a vibrant meeting point for storytellers from diverse backgrounds, fostering international cultural exchange and providing a platform for people to connect through the power of storytelling. The festival featured a plethora of activities and prominent international storytellers, setting the stage for the upcoming 2024 FEAST (Federation of Asian Storytellers) Storytelling Conference and Jeju Mythology Storytelling Festival, both of which promise to be captivating in their own right.

The Korea International Storytelling Festival played a pivotal role in promoting intergenerational exchange and nurturing the global storytelling culture. We offer our heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Kang Woo-hyun of the Tamna Republic and Professor Yang Jin-geon of Jeju National University for their unwavering support.
